Ari Laing

A lifelong passion for food has taken me from the kitchens of NYC to a studio of my own. As a photographer and stylist, I work hard to transform food into approachable, elevated dishes, each frame telling a story of its own. My unique experience in the food and wine industry has helped to shape my trademark style and aesthetic, and in turn, how I approach food photography, recipe development, and styling.

Trusting someone to bring imagery to life for your brand can be daunting. I strive to work with each of my clients to strategize the best way to tell their personal story. This is your brand — I’m here to help show off all the intricate details you’ve spent hours dreaming up. And I’m going to make it look damn good.

When I’m not working, you can most often find me in the kitchen, a glass of ice cold rosé in hand, showing my three kiddos firsthand the magic of hosting family and friends for home cooked meals. I truly believe that’s the greatest gift I can pass onto them.

Current clients include companies such as Spiked Seltzer, Ferrero Rocher, Sur La Table, Wolffer Estate, W&P Design, Lilly’s Baking Co., Bob's Red Mill, Michter's, Bonne Maman, Mutti, Modern Oats, and California Sun Dried.

My work has been featured in print or online in the following publications: Town & Country Magazine, The Knot, Today Show Food, Food52, FeedFeed, The Kitchn, Food Blog Feed, Pop Sugar, DuJour.com, Merrymen Magazine
